In accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct, there were no declarations made pertaining to the agenda.

Derbyn cofnodion o gyfarfod diwethaf y Panel Ymddeol yn Gynnar o Wirfodd a gafodd ei gynnal ar 14 Medi 2021.

Cofnodion:

It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the XXXX as an accurate reflection of the meeting.

TRAFOD CADARNHAU'R CYNNIG ISOD YN BENDERFYNIAD:-

“Bod y cyfarfod hwn yn cadw aelodau o'r wasg ac aelodau o'r cyhoedd allan o ystafell y cyfarfod, dan Adran 100A(4) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972, yn ystod trafod yr agendwm nesaf, ar y sail y byddai'n debygol o olygu datgelu gwybodaeth eithriedig yn ôl diffiniad paragraff 12 o Ran 4 o Atodlen 12A o'r Ddeddf.”

Cofnodion:

It was RESOLVED that the press and public be excluded from the meeting under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 for the next item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

Trafod adroddiad ar y cyd y Prif Weithredwr, Cyfarwyddwr Materion Adnoddau Dynol, Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaethau Cymuned a Gwasanaethau i Blant, Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaeth Addysg a Dysgu Gydol Oes a Chyfarwyddwr Cyfadran y Gwasanaethau Corfforaethol a Gwasanaethau Rheng Flaen sy'n cynnwys gwybodaeth eithriedig  (i ddilyn)

Cofnodion:

The Panel considered the joint report of the Chief Executive, Director of Human Resources and Director of Education and Inclusion Services, in respect of applications for voluntary early retirement with redundancy and voluntary redundancy.

 

The Panel wished to express its thanks to all employees but in particular to SH of the Chief Executive’s (Appendix 1) and WH of Education and Inclusion Services (Appendix 2).

 

Following Consideration of the report it was RESOLVED
