To consider the appeal of K.F. of the Chief Executive’s Division.
Note: The documentation in respect of this matter is to be delivered separately.
Cofnodion: Members of the Appeals/Employee Appeals/Chief Officer Appeals Committee met to consider the appeal of KF from the Finance Division. The Committee was informed that as neither the employee nor their representative would be in attendance at the meeting the matter would be considered in their absence.
Following careful consideration of the evidence put before them, Members RESOLVED – To uphold the decision made at the Disciplinary Hearing and that the appeal be dismissed.
