Note:

1. Members are requested to identify the item number and subject matter

that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal

interest: and

2. Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of the

disclosure of a prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when

they leave.

To receive for approval the minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on the 26.02.2024 & 18.03.2024

Information is provided in respect of relevant consultations for consideration by the Committee.

To provide Overview and Scrutiny the opportunity to challenge and scrutinise the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Council Business

To consider the contents of the 2023-24 Scrutiny Anuual Report prior to endorsement at Full Council

To provide Overview and Scrutiny with an overview of the Council’s performance, both from a financial and operational perspective

To consider any items, which the Chairman, by reason of special circumstances, is of the opinion should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency.
