To receive the minutes of the previous meeting of the Voluntary Early Redundancy Panel held on 7^th July 2021.

It was RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the 7^th July 2021 as an accurate reflection of the meeting.

To consider the joint report of the Chief Executive, Director of Human Resources, Group Director of Community & Children’s Services, Director of Education & Lifelong Learning and Group Director Corporate & Frontline Services containing exempt information

The Panel considered the joint report of the Chief Executive, Director of Human Resources, Group Director Community & Children’s Services Group Director Prosperity, Development & Frontline Services and Director of Education and Inclusion Services, in respect of applications for voluntary early retirement with redundancy and voluntary redundancy applications.

The Panel wished to express its thanks to all employees but in particular to AD of Community & Children’s Services (Appendix 1), VN of Community & Children’s Services (Appendix 1), ER of Community & Children’s Services (Appendix 1), PD of Community & Children’s Services (Appendix 2), SD of Community & Children’s Services (Appendix 3), KE of Community & Children’s Services (Appendix 1), YI of Community & Children’s Services (Appendix 3), SC of Prosperity, Development & Frontline Services (Appendix 6) and LS of Prosperity, Development & Frontline Services (Appendix 6)

Following Consideration of the report it was RESOLVED –

1.    To approve the under-mentioned applications as detailed in the report and listed below, subject to it being noted that the Age of applicant AJ of Appendix 2 should read 31 Years and Years’ Service should read 10 Years, the Age of applicant HS of Appendix 2 should read 53 Years and Years’ Service should read 15 Years and the Age of applicant DW of Appendix 2 should read 54 Years and Years’ Service should read 18 Years -
