To receive disclosures of personal interest from Members in accordance with the Code of Conduct

Note:

1.     Members are requested to identify the item number and subject matter that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal interest: and

2.   Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of the disclosure of a prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when they leave.

To approve as an accurate record, the minutes of the meeting held on 29^TH January 2024.

To provide Members with a summary of complaints made against Members and submitted to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales (the ‘Ombudsman’) for the period 23^rd January 2024  to 31^st March 2024.

To allow Members the opportunity to consider recent decisions made by the Adjudication Panel for Wales (APW).

To provide Members with feedback from the meeting of the National Standards Forum held on 29^th  January 2024.

To provide Members with a verbal update following recent media articles and the resignation of its Head of Investigations.
