To receive disclosures of personal interest from Members in accordance with the Code of Conduct

Note:

1.     Members are requested to identify the item number and subject matter that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal interest: and

2.   Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of the disclosure of a prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when they leave.

To receive for information the Welsh Local Government Association’s Social Media and Handling Online Abuse Guidance for Councillors and an oral update from the Director of Communications and Interim Director of Democratic Services in respect of social media.

To receive an oral update following consideration of the One Voice Wales Local Resolution Process at the Community Council Liaison Committee held on 25^th September 2018.

To provide Members with a summary of Code of Conduct matters as set out in the Ombudsman’s Annual Report and Letter to this Council 2017 – 2018.

To provide Members with information in respect of the revised Sanctions Guidance published by the Adjudication Panel For Wales.

To consider any items, which the Chairman, by reason of special circumstances, is of the opinion should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency.
