WELLBEING OF FUTURE GENERATIONS (WALES) ACT 2015 To note that the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 imposes a duty on public bodies to carry out sustainable development in accordance with the sustainable development principle and to act in a manner which seeks to ensure that the needs of the present are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Notwithstanding the details shown on the plans hereby approved, further details of the landscaping for the site having regard to the correspondence from the Council’s ecologist dated 18th February 2022, shall be submitted to and agreed with the local planning authority prior to the commencement of works on site. Such details as will be agreed shall be implemented in the first planting season following completion of the development.
