To receive disclosures of personal interest from Members in accordance with the Code of Conduct

Note:

1. Members are requested to identify the item number and subject matter that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal interest: and

2. Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of the disclosure of a prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when they leave.

To receive as an accurate record the minutes of the meeting on the 25^th September, 2018.

To receive an update from the Director of Communications & Interim Head of Democratic Services in respect of the revisions to the Charter.

To receive the Service Director, Planning providing members with details of the good practice and benefits surrounding  the CIL 123 Lists.

To receive the Director of Communications & Interim Head of Democratic Services providing members with an update in respect of the Council’s Twinning Association.

To receive the Group Director, Community & Children’s Services in respect of the Cabinet decision to modernise residential care and day care for older people across the County Borough.
