To receive disclosures of personal interests from Committee Members in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

Note:

1.       Members are requested to identify the item number and subject that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal interest: and

2.       Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of  the disclosure of prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when they leave.Derbyn datganiadau o fuddiannau personol gan Aelodau yn unol â'r Cod Ymddygiad.

In accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct, there were no declarations made pertaining to the agenda.

An apology of absence was received from County Borough Councillor J. Bonetto.

To approve as an accurate record, the minutes of the meeting held on the 23^rd  March 2022.

Members approved the previous minutes of the Appeals Committee.

 The Committee considered the Appeal of ST and RESOLVED to dismiss the appeal.
