The Chair took the opportunity to welcome Members to the Appeals Committee.

Apologies of absence were received from County Borough Councillor L Walker.

In accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct, there were no declarations made pertaining to the agenda.

To approve as an accurate record, the minutes of the meeting held on the 14^th March 2022.

It was RESOLVED to approve as an accurate record, the minutes of the meeting held at 10am on the 14th March 2022.

“That the press and public be excluded from the meeting under Section

item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of

exempt information as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule”

To consider the Service Grievance in Commnity & Children’s Services, which contains exempt information.

The Committee considered the Appeal and RESOLVED to dismiss the appeal.
