Agenda and minutes

To receive disclosures of personal interests from Committee Members in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

Note:

1.         Members are requested to identify the item number and subject that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal interest: and

2.         Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of  the disclosure of prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when they leave.

In accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct, there were no declarations made pertaining to the agenda.

To approve as an accurate record, the minutes of the meeting held on 10^th March 2020. 

It was RESOLVED to approve as an accurate record, the minutes of the meeting held at 2:00PM on the 10^th of March 2020.

“That the press and public be excluded from the meeting under Section

100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) for the next

item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of

exempt information as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule”

Members RESOLVED that the press and public be excluded from the meeting under section 100A (4) the Local Government Act, 1972 (as amended) for the next item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of the exempt information as defined paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

To consider the appeal of RW which contains exempt information.

The Committee considered the appeal of R.W, of the Leisure Services Group and RESOLVED to uphold the appeal subject to;

 R.W being issued with a final written warning, which will remain on his record for the 18 months and that he be allowed to return to work to undertake the duties of a Fitness Suite Assistant.
