To receive disclosures of personal interests from Members in accordance with the Code of Conduct :

1.     Members are requested to identify the item number and subject that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal interest; and

2.     Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of the disclosure of prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when they leave

To receive the minutes of the meeting of the Joint Consultative Committee held on the 5^th February 2024 as an accurate reflection of the meeting.

To receive the report of the Service Director, Democratic Services and Communication which provides the opportunity for the Joint Consultative Committee to respond and contribute to the first phase of the Council’s 2025-26 Budget Consultation.

To receive the report of the Service Director, Democratic Services and Communication providing Members of the Joint Consultative Committee the opportunity to formally respond to the Council’s consultation in respect of residential care homes for older people within Rhondda Cynon Taf.

To consider any items which the Chair, by reason of special circumstances, is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency.
