To receive disclosures of personal interest from Members in accordance with the Code of Conduct

Note:

1.     Members are requested to identify the item number and subject matter that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal interest: and

2.   Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of the disclosure of a prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when they leave.

To receive the minutes of the previous meeting of the Democratic Services Committee held on 1^st May 2024.

To receive the draft Annual report of the Committee for the 2023 – 2024 Municipal Year.

To receive the Committees Draft Work Programme on the proposed list of matters requiring consideration by the Committee for the 2024-2025 Municipal Year. 

To receive the report of the Head of Democratic Services, which provides Members with the feedback obtained from the Member survey undertaken in April 2024.

To receive the report of the Head of Democratic Services outlining the progress made in developing a Member Development Programme for the 2024 – 2025 Municipal Year.

To consider the Head of Democratic Services proposals in respect of progressing the Self Evaluation Framework for Rhondda Cynon Taf Council.

To consider the report of the Head of Democratic Services in respect of Member Role Descritptions.

To consider any items, which the Chairman, by reason of special circumstances, is of the opinion should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency

To provide Members with the opportunity to respond to the Welsh Government consultation.
