To receive disclosures of personal interests from Members in accordance with the Code of Conduct

1.     Members are requested to identify the item number and subject that their interest relates to and signify the nature of the personal interest;and

2.     Where Members withdraw from a meeting as a consequence of the disclosure of prejudicial interest they must notify the Chairman when theyleave.

To approve as an accurate record, the minutes of the Council Meeting held on 25^th October 2023.

The following update is for information purposes:

Notice of Motion (NOM) – Child Poverty 29.03.23

This report ensures that the Authority complies with the legal requirements relating to the production of a “Statement of Accounts” for the financial year ended 31^st March 2023 with regard to Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC and the Rhondda Cynon Taf Pension Fund.

To provide Members with information on the Council’s Treasury Management activity during the first 6 months of 2023-2024 and Prudential and Treasury Indicators for the same period.

To receive the report of the Director of Human Resources.

To consider the Notices of Motion which have been submitted in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 10.1 of the Constitution.

To consider any items which the Chair, by reason of special circumstances, is of the opinion should be considered as a matter ofurgency.
